“ Imperfecto provides a sophisticated yet comfortable dining experience in D.C. The exterior is unassuming, but the interior is beautifully decorated and refined. The restaurant offers both a chef's tasting menu and a regular menu; we chose the latter. We began with the Truffle Tagliolini and Aladdin Burrata, both rich and delightful. For our main courses, we selected the Cochinillo and Lubina, both flavorful and expertly presented. We concluded our meal with the eclair and pear dessert, both beautifully prepared and a perfect ending. The service was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I sat at the bar and met the nicest bartender I’ve ever met “Wilbert” (not sure if I am spelling correctly). He was so nice gave me the best advice, I also loved how knowledgeable and passionate he was about cocktails and the menu and he really understood what I was looking for. Cocktails were amazing, loved the food too and the kindest bartender! 10/10! Whenever I come back to D.C., I will be back! I did not try the tasting menu but definitely considering for next time! ”
“ This was a wonderful experience. I had gone with my wife for restaurant week and honestly it was an extremely pleasant experience. Our waiter Fernando was excellent, warm, and very positive. The first course was a beautiful burrata and hummus dish with personal pita breads and honestly it was a treat I didn’t know I needed. The second course for me was an aged branzino and was beautifully textured, the consume was delicious, and the dish was beautiful. They finished with a wonderful vanilla custard filled with pistachio ice cream. Paired with the moscato d’asti it was the perfect end. I would certainly recommend this restaurant and will be back if I’m in town! ”

“ Okay... This restaurant is a really good spot! Saturday Brunch today (2/15/25) featured good vibes, good bites, and good service. The atmosphere was pretty inviting and not overbearing as far as the service went. Brunch also looks more cost-effective than the price points within the dinner experience, but you still will get to experience a Michelin Star quality establishment. Give Imperfecto a go ”
